Tina Carroll Dugas joined Bloom, Gross & Associates in 1996, bringing 15 years of agency, corporate and consulting experience to the PR practice. She climbed the agency ranks in New York City at Dorf & Stanton Communications (acquired by Weber Shandwick Worldwide) and Porter Novelli prior to joining the New York City Off Track Betting Corporation as its Vice President of Marketing and Special Events. Ann Morris rejoined Bloom, Gross & Associates, Inc. in 2004, bringing more than 15 years of experience in public relations consulting, agency and corporate work, as well as entrepreneurial experience in a family-owned retail operation. Ann has held senior positions with Oak Brook-based JSH&A Public Relations and the Chicago office of Ruder-Finn, Inc. Her clients have spanned a variety of industries including QSR, consumer packaged goods, retail, fashion, food and financial services.
